A proof is required for all insertions. Fax a reduced copy (65%) of the ad to

InDesign, Adobe Acrobat PDF. All logos, pictures and graphics must be saved as
EPS or TIFF files; all screen and printer fonts must be included. All colors
must be converted to CMYK.
Streaming Video, Video e-mail For
VideoAge Advertisers:Your promos now can be seen on VideoAge
’s website, e-mailed to buyers
Advertisers who place ad(s) in either VideoAge Monthly or
VideoAge Daily will have an opportunity for an up-to-3-minute audiovisual
promo to be made available through streaming media, on VideoAge’s web
site for the duration of one month, at a marginal cost.
In addition, the same promo will be e-mailed to buyers once a month (in
alphabetical order) in batches of five. Next to the clip, the e-mail will
contain the company’s website address and a way to e-mail the promo to others).
This viral e-mail is ideal to invite buyers to visit companies’ stands during
markets by enticing them with a visual promo.
The idea behind VideoAge’s full service plan is for buyers to reach
VideoAge’s advertisers through print media, website, streaming media
and e-mails.
Specifications:
- The self-contained promo must be sent to VideoAge’s NY offices*
on a stand-alone DVD, 30 days prior to the issue’s publication date.
- Cost to VideoAge advertisers is an additional $1,000 net per
issue. For non-advertisers, cost per issue is $4,500.
